SHIPPING POLICY

From Sillas Menorca, S.L. Sales may be made to the geographical areas described below: Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) and Europe. Shipping costs are calculated progressively and based on the destination area. The amount of the shipping costs is always visible to the customer in the shopping cart section and before the order confirmation. 

The delivery will be considered made at the moment in which the carrier has made the products available to the client and the latter has signed the receipt document for the same.

It is the customer's responsibility to verify the products upon receipt and expose all reservations and claims that may be justified in the Delivery Receipt document.

Once the merchandise has been received, the customer must try, within the first 24 hours, to check the condition of all the pieces of the article (and this in case it suffers from any defect, which may be: knocks, missing pieces, etc.) and communicate incidence in the same period. All this without prejudice to the fact that the client can contact us for any contingency with the assembly.

The delivery times indicated by Sillas Menorca, S. L. will be calculated from the date of receipt of the purchase amount and are for guidance, making an effort to respect them.

NHowever, the delay in delivery will not imply any compensation.

EIn the event that a product is not available after confirming the order and after closing the sale, Sillas Menorca S. L. will inform the customer by email or by telephone of such contingency, proceeding to the partial sale or cancellation of the order.

RETURN POLICY

Our product return and reimbursement policy for our customers is governed by the Community Consumer Protection Directive 2011/83/EU of 10-25-2011 through the following operating framework:

Once the products have been received, the customer has 14 calendar days to communicate in writing to Sillas Menorca S. L. the wish to return the goods. After this period, returns will not be accepted.

Once the wish to return has been communicated, the maximum period to elapse between the arrival of the merchandise at the customer's address and the receipt back at the address of Sillas Menorca, S. L. It will be 28 calendar days. Beyond this period, returns will not be accepted.

The client must consider the term available for the return of the product as a trial period and will not subject the purchased item to efforts or other factors that cause deterioration.

Once Sillas Menorca receives and verifies the returned merchandise, the company will have 28 calendar days to refund the amount of the purchase to the customer.

Sillas Menorca may apply a value depreciation in the event that the products show deterioration due to excessive use in the trial period.

Sillas Menorca will be exempt from its reimbursement commitment for those products that present irreversible damage due to misuse.

The shipping costs caused by the return will be borne by the customer.

In the event of a claim for a product defect caused by transport, the customer must record on the delivery note of the carrier, the appreciation of breaks or deformations in the packaging and notify Sillas Menorca, SL in writing within the following 48 hours. to the reception. Likewise, a photocopy or electronic copy of the carrier's delivery note must be attached, along with illustrative photographs of the damage to the product and packaging. Sillas Menorca, S. L. undertakes in this case, according to the client's wishes, either to the full refund of the purchase or to the reshipment of the damaged merchandise in the shortest possible time and at no additional cost to the client.
